How does CS2 Plinko work?
In Plinko you drop a ball from the top of a board of pegs. It bounces down through 16 rows and lands in one of the slots at the bottom, and the multiplier on that slot decides your win. The middle slots are hit most often and pay the least. The slots at the edges are hit rarely and pay the most. Choose medium or high risk before you drop: high risk pushes the edge multipliers higher and the middle ones lower. Play one ball at a time in Manual mode, or set a number of rounds in Auto mode. The result is fixed when you place the bet, and every drop is provably fair.
What is the difference between medium and high risk?
High risk puts bigger multipliers on the outer slots and smaller ones in the middle, so wins are rarer but can be larger. Medium risk keeps the multipliers closer together.
Can I drop several balls in a row?
Yes. Auto mode drops a ball every round for the number of rounds you set, until it finishes or you stop it.
Does the path of the ball change the result?
No. The result is decided when you place the bet, and the ball's path only shows it.
Is Plinko provably fair?
Yes. Every drop comes from a server seed you see hashed before you play, your client seed and a nonce, so you can check any result on the Fairness page.
